So I was thinking that this was going to be a train wreck, but I had to look anyway. She actually looks really good here. I agree with some of the above posters that since she covered up, she looks real nice.

She looks great. You never know, she may have had another surgery to get rid of the excess skin. There is no reason to look like that these days.

Actually, there is. I am in the same boat she was. I have the skin she had. I also had the same surgeons she had. Can't do a damn thing about it til after I have kids. I assume she isn't going to have children, but you never know. Fortunately, I dont walk around with my saggy boobs and excess skin exposed for the world to see! I cannot wait to get the skin removed.

Hope that didn't come off wrong. Of course if you are planning to have kids its not worth it to have the skin removed. I don't see it in Star's case but you're right, you never know. I just meant that there are surgical options and its so worth it to do it. If you are going to go through all that effort to have surgery and lose all that weight you may as well get the best effect.

You are right. It is very worth it to do it. I am very fortunate that my excess skin is covered. My arms and legs are not problematic. My abdomen is the only thing that really bothers me. Its like being a work in progress. I worked out intensely with a trainer for over two years immediately following surgery and the skin goes nowhere. However, I do have strong abdominal muscles underneath. I recently started up with a trainer again so when I do get PG, I can exercise throughout a pregnancy and be a little bit stronger
Plastic surgery is many years off for me and by the time I am ready for it, I will have many other financial obligations that won't allow me to pay for it. Insurance companies RARELY pay for skin removal and if they do, it is usually if a person has dermatological issues that have been documented for a long time. Star Jones could pay out of pocket - the average Joe cannot. But good for her! I envy that.
As far the chest goes, I deal with it. I wear supportive and padded bras. I dont know if I would be inclined to get implants, if anything, Id get a lift. I think I am too nervous about implnats masking the results of mammography.
