Starbucks
anyone know what the "light" fraps at starbucks are made with? i asked and they said skim milk and splenda but i wanted to see if anyone heard the same...

I remember asking last summer if they could make a Frap with lowfat or skim milk and they told me no Were they lying???

now its actually on the menu (i dont remember seeing it before so maybe its new?). its so good! i hope it really is "light"!

did you check out their website. You can see the nutrition breakdown for their drinks with all the combinations you want (whipped cream, etc.)
I was SHOCKED at how much was in my non-fat mocha latte, with no skim milk....something like 250 calories...WHY? I did not have no cream, milk, nothing. So not worth it So my waiste is smaller and my pocket is fuller!
