Started goin to the gym again...

think I can lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks? im going 2/3 times a week.....

WW usually says diet and exercise usually results in 1-2 lb per week, but you don't look like you have much to lose! will you be dieting too? the more you weigh, the faster you lose, so if you are in your recommended range i think it might take longer.

ETA: If time is a priority I would up it to 4-5 days a week. You won't see much difference with 2. It also depends on how long you spend at the gym, and what you are doing (cardio, weights, etc.), and at what intensity.

ty-but after the wedding i gained like 10 lbs ( i dont own a scale)....i want to be TONED for my trip to the bahamas lol

yes, im dieting too..tryin to eat healthy

its hard for me to go more than 2/3 times w/cooking n cleaning and all of that good stuff Chat Icon lol

i do 25 min on the eliptical and 30 min of the weight machines and abs....

When are you going to the bahamas? DH just booked us a trip and that's my motivation to go back to the gym!

Lets help eachother- I would LOVE to lose 10 pounds by the time I go to the bahamas!
