clomid will help you make additional folliciles on your ovaries..in turn, extra eggs.

Whether it will increase your odds of becoming pregnant depends on alot of things..

have you seen a RE? have you had testing with the RE? do you have male IF or female IF? PCOS? luteal phase defect?

you should still use an OPK even though you think you know when you ovulate.

there's really alot to it, did your ob give you the rx for clomid?
