starting couch 2 5k AGAIN!
This time I am determined to actually start off slow and complete it. I really want to see if after completing it correctly " I really don't like running." The thought of even starting it makes me 
I want to like it everyone tells me I'll love it so we'll see. I'm starting it with friends who are starting from scratch so I'll be forced to take it slow and not be under some false idea that I should be running faster from the get go.

I'm thinking of starting it again too. I hurt my knee the 1st time around but I don't know if it was because I wasn't running right or what.
I'm going to start back at the beginning and go slow and see if I can make it past Week 5 this time.

I've wanted to try this for years now! Are you guys going to do it on a treadmill, or will you be running outdoors? This is my problem - I don't have a treadmill, by the time I get to my gym in the evenings they are all taken, and I don't have a good neighborhood to run in (not to mention I'd just rather not).
