Starting to freak out a bit ...
I'm sorry, I know there's a million threads on here like this, but I just need to get this out. I'm now I'm CD 42, no AF, BFN on Friday, and I called the gyne this morning to make an appointment and they can't see me for over 3 weeks! I don't know what to do, and I know it's probably nothing but my body trying to adjust to being off BCP, but I'm still freaking out. What should I do?

I went off in May and my first cycle was normal, but I've been told that doesn't mean the subsequent ones will be normal. I know it's probably nothing, but I'm still getting upset. Although reading your story makes me feel a little better. Everyone I've talked to tells me they were just a few days late (like 2-5 days!), so I think that was freaking me out more.

From what I remember they were pretty regular, but I was on them for 4 years. I don't remember ever having any issues, and once I got nervous because I was 2 days late so it must have been pretty regular.

Then most likely your cycles will be regular now. It is common to have late ovulation or an anovulatory cycle. I would see your ob in 3 weeks and hopefully AF will have arrived by then and you won't have to worry.

Yeah, I made the appointment even though it's much further out than I'd like. I thought about going to my regular doctor, but then I realized there isn't much they can do! I just wish I could calm down about it.
