speak to the anesthesiologist about your concerns.
try to concentrate on something or when they are putting the sheet up close your eyes or ask them to put it back as far as the can/
the spinal didnt hurt because they numb the area before.
you will do fine! i promise you! its 100percent worth it and like i said in my birth story i was fine once they started working!!
relax---relax as much as you can because with 2 babies on the way you need it  my sister just had twins. theyre almost 4mo now.
