Starting WW again on Saturday...
After having my DD I did this on again off again dance with WW. Then when over the Thanksgiving holiday I found out I need heart surgery and WW went downhill. I have not gained, I lost one pound so I am down a total of a whopping 6 lbs since I had my DD 9 months ago. When I did try I lost weight so slowly (.25 - .50 per week) due to my meds and my heart condition. BUT I figure, a half pound is better than a gain or nothing at all right?
I am not playing this time. Dh took a digital pic of me in Hawaii ( in a bathing suit) and it was the kick in the azz I needed to get back on track.
I have a question... What do you do for lunch if you cannot have a lot of sodium? I would do lean cuisines, but I cannot have all the sodium.

I am not on WW, but I usually have a salad, eggplant (my favorite food ever), veggies, tomato and cucumber salad (my 2nd favorite thing)

Usually I'll have turkey and muenster cheese on lite bread. They have low sodium muenster and turkey breast. Sometimes I'll also make english muffin pizzas on whole grain lite english muffins. Those are yummy!!
