Stationary Bikes - Thoughts?
What are your thoughts on a stationary bike?
I do cardio kickboxing 3-4 times a week but on the days I can't get there, I want to do something else, in addition to my weights.
We have a treadmill in the house, but since we have a tenant, I don't use it in the a.m. because it's so loud.
What are your thoughts on a stationary bike?
My birthday is coming and I'm thinking of asking for one.

I love spinning, however i wouldn't buy a stationary bike. I would buy a real bike and put it up on a trainer. That way you can ride indoors or outdoors.
