I rarely post stuff like this but this one was worth sharing:

We ordered a play kitchen from Step 2's website (opted to go directly thru them because they were having a sale). The box arrived badly damaged and the plastic was dented. I called their customer service number and, after a very nice conversation, a customer service rep (a real person!) emailed me instructions on what to write on the box so Fed Ex would pick it up. Within a few days she sent me a tracking number for the replacement kitchen and kept in touch with me via email until it got here. It arrived in perfect condition. I was fully expecting it to be like most other customer service experiences where they would tell me I couldn't prove the box had been damaged before I brought it inside. I was so pleasantly surprised. I highly, highly recommend ordering from them!
