step aerobics anyone??
Does anyone still do step aerobics?? I started back on an exercise program back in June..my treadmill is boring to do every day... I have some DVDs that i do (boot camp, turbo jam) but my all time favorite is step and I only have my old vhs step tapes...can anyone recommend a step DVD that they love?? Thanks in advance..

I bought a step a while ago and have this Kathy Smith step aerobics dvd, its from the 90's so its got a lot of the original moves from the step classes. I used to love those classes, so I was so excited to find this one.
