Step Aerobics DVD
Hey everyone
I love Step Aerobics. I take a class twice a week at the gym, but i'm looking to get a step and a DVD to do at home at least once a week also. Anyone have any recommendations?!

Step Aerobics DVD
I still use the Kathy Smith step DVDs. I still find them to be a good workout in addition to running and doing Jillian Michaels DVDs.

When I did step, I loved Gilad. I'm sure there are newer ones but I wouldn't hesitate to buy his DVDs.
