how can it be BUSY FOR over a half hour...actually 45 minutes
they finally answered
I am going to fight it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, considering they ticketed you for the DUMBEST reasons, I'm sure there are others calling to complain about the same thing. Ugh... cops & their quota!
