Still having a tough time
Well it seems like my good day was a bit of a fluke. Miranda still isn't doing so hot although today wasn't a terrible day. Friday and Saturday were pretty rough. She still spitting up like crazy and super fussy. She is definitely crying out in pain and I can see her semi spit up and swall it back down. The more and more I read I'm convinced she has reflux and I am trying to ready as much as I can about what I can do to help her. It is so frustrating to know your little one is in pain and you can't make them feel better. Between my breastfeeding issues and this it hasn't been an easy 4 weeks. I couldn't imagine if I had to go back to work in 2 weeks. I think I would be a complete basket case. DH was great and kept her yesteday so I could go out shopping. I needed to get clothes because nothing fits ( something else to be depressed about). I love my DD to pieces but it was nice to get out for a few hours and be baby free. I acutally put on make up yesterday. I think I've done that 3 times since giving birth and probably less than half a dozen times since I was put on bedrest.

Maybe her Zantac needs to be increased? Sometimes the disage is not correct, or Zantac may not be the correct med for her, maybe she needs one of the other antacid meds. I went through the same thing for the first 6 weeks, the same spitting up and swallowing his vomit, but we figured out it was not reflux, but in yoyr case maybe you need to see a GI specialist?
