Still looking for daycare and what questions do I ask a potential babysitter or nanny

I am still looking for a babysitter/nanny/daycare center for my DD who is 4 months old. I have to go back to work in September and need someone near by (I live in Levittown). I would love more suggestions/recommendations for Babysitters or Nannies. I also plan to post an ad on care.com. What kinds of questions should I ask potential caregivers. I am soooo nervous about leaving my liitle one. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know many people who have put their children in the Tutor Time in Levittown and have loved it. I'm not so sure they would have a September opening though since it's so soon. It's worth calling though to find out. Good luck!
