Stomach after c-section
I am just about 3 weeks PP and my stomach has gone down significantly. However, it is still quite swollen and tender. Will the bloat continue to go down or will this stick around until I really start to diet and exercise??

Re: Stomach after c-section
I am 5 1/2 weeks pp and most of the swelling has gone down, but I still have a bit of a tummy. I haven't seen much difference in my tummy the past two weeks so I am thinking this is where exercise will need to come in at.

Re: Stomach after c-section
I am 4 weeks Post c-section and I still have a "belly"- I dont think its bloating at all- seems like just flab :( and I look like I've let myself go on too many Dairy Queen runs.
Once I get past the 6 week mark- I plan to start working out like mad!

Re: Stomach after c-section
My Ds is one and I had a C section I did not work out and it went down on its own. It took about 4 months till it felt almost back to normal. I did gain 60 pounds though!

Re: Stomach after c-section
it takes a while for it to go down. I'm 6.5 months PP and still have a belly, it used to be flat but now I have a little bulge
