stomach pains at 30 weeks almost

Is it normal that i feel sharp pain in stomach every now and thing. I dont know if it is GI related, gas or what. I have no bleeding, no discharge and i feel my little boy moving from time to time. I figured i would ride it out through the nite and see what happens cuz DH gets annoyed everytime I have to go to ER and it is nothing. Could it be my stomach growing? I just saw high risk doctor yesturday and he said everything looked great and cervix was closed and fetal monitor showed no contractions. So chances are its nothing right? i just was looking for some peace of mind. Thanks in advance

I get that pain every now and again- lower tummy, like by pelvis.

When it happens, try to change positions or lay down for a minute.

sounds normal just try to take it easy when it happens. I've been getting them from time to time for the past few weeks and I'm only 27 weeks.
