Empire is a frozen Kosher chicken brand that can be purchased at most grocery stores.

I'm pretty sure that Stop and Shop carries fresh Empire chicken cutlets. They might also have some in the frozen section.

if you're in eastern nassau, fairway (in plainview) has a lot of fresh kosher chicken....... (not to mention virtually every other kosher delight you can think of..... including israeli yogurts

Also Fairway and shoprite of plainview are not far from you...why not go to those places...I am sure they have what you are looking for.

I was just there and noticed some today.

It's kosher town by me. Not a shortage of kosher anything.

Kosher food is more expensive...
There is also the Kosher Emporium ( It is a kosher butcher) on Old country Road where Morgo's Dynasty, and Cravings and Robata Grill is... ( right next to La Piazza shopping center)...
There food is fresh and very good...I love their onion crusted chicken--it is soooo good.....
