Storage facilities or PODS help

i need to store my ENTIRE house! everything except some clothes.


this includes:
living room
dining room
kitchen
den
3 Bedrooms
2 baths
shed
basement
attic

i keep thinking that the best thing is a POD type of thing, but they are not cheap.
Have you ever used a storage facility for this type of storage? If so, who did you use? how much? how pleased were you with them?
