Stores to buy tutus?
I know, I know, Etsy, but I want one for this Saturday for DD's 4th birthday party and if I order one now, it probably won't get here in time. Any stores that sell them...or REALLY frilly skirts anyway?

Costco had a ton recently. Also, check Marshalls. I saw a few there a while back.

I thought someone was looking for one. I posted yesterday - about a ton that I saw. They have a huge rack of all different ones in Nordstroms Rack at the Source - they were between $11.95 and $13.95.
