My DH is getting ours from a place in Rockville centre. I think it is $150 for 7 days. The lady there is Joan and she was so nice to us.
Let me know if you want the number.
It is the stork that advertises in Buy Buy Baby. Very classic looking. SO cute!

I used this place for my SIL, they were SO inexpensive and had GREAT customer service....that managed to get it out and installed in the middle of a giant blizzard.

This is who I will be using. Their number is in my cell phone already! They are $75 for an 8 day rental.
