Storytime at Barnes & Noble
Has anyone ever been? My friend used to take her kids. It's free -- but at 10 am

10 AM and lasts about 15-20 minutes.  we went here in NC. I think its good if you are out and about, they had winnie the pooh there and are suppose to have a dog come in.

We went to the one on 110 once & it was really crowded, it was cute, but we were SO crushed together! Everyone was stepping all over each other. It was close to a holiday though, I think some kids might have been off from school.
I'd be open to giving it another shot...

hM i SAW THEY HAD IT AT cARLE pLACE BUT i DIDN'T REALIZE THEY HAD IT AT 110. Oops sorry for the caps. I'd go either place...

The one on 110 is fabulous - I went with Cailen one time when I had a day off. I know the woman that does it there (I worked there over 10 years ago) and she is FABULOUS!!! Cailen loved it - I highly recommend it - she knows how to keep the kids focused and interactive - anytime we have a weds off I plan on going!
There is also on at Thurs there but its at 7:30, its much smaller, and its not as exciting!

I went to the one on 110 today. It was great, lots of stories & songs. It was about 40 mins. But it was PACKED!

The kids there were mostly a little older but i notice quite a few babies.

From here, you can put in your zip code, and find the storytimes at the nearest stores. The times vary, so maybe another one close by has a better time.
Select "Storytime" for the event type. There are also age ranges for some of them.
