Re: Strating WW and C25K Tomorrow

Good Luck!! I've been doing WW since January and started Couch to 5K 3 weeks ago. I can't say I love running yet, but I do look forward to getting out 3 nights a week to walk/run.

Thats great! I started WW online this morning and so far its going good. C25K is going to have to wait tilll tomorrow. DD is teething and having a terrible day so I dont want to leave her with my dad to go to the gym......but if im feeling really motivated later i may take her outside and do it. How much have you lost on WW so far?

I've lost 35lbs so far. I run/walk on the streets and I usually put my girls to bed and then head out. I like that it's only a half hour and if I feel good then I'll walk for an extra 10-15 mins. Good Luck with both WW and C25K.

Good luck!!

I started Weight Watchers 3 years ago and lost (and kept off) 60lbs. It;s a great program. There's also alot of support on here- especially if you need food and recipe ideas.

As far as C25k, I never did it- I used my own running training plan. In the beginning I couldn't run a mile. I already worked my way up to 2 half marathons! Running can be very addicting and great workout once you get into it!

I have been on WW since July 2010 and am down 59lbs.

I began the C25K last week and so far so good.
I go out early in the AM. This way I am done before the day starts for my kids!
I am lucky that my DH doesn't leave for work until 8AM! I'm home from my "run" by 6:30/6:45AM

Re: Strating WW and C25K Tomorrow

I started the C25K a few weeks ago but am struggling with consistency. I'm currently on week 2, day 2. I LOVE it and wish I could go more often, but I have to take DS in the jogging stroller because I have no one to watch him (DH works nights and very long hours).

I started WW online 1.5 weeks ago and lost 7lbs the first week. Easter came along and blew my entire second week, so I've been working on losing the 3lbs I gained back last week Chat Icon
