I've been giving DS strawberries for a while now. I don't see why you can't give the fish sticks.

I think it would depend on allergys in your family.
My DH is severly allergic to seafood - so my DD CAN NOT have seafood yet.
Also her doctor wants us to hold her off from strawberries as well
