Stress Relief / "Pick-me-ups"

What do you girls all do for stress relief during your cycles / in the weeks preparing for your cycles? (other than Chat Icon of course)

Just thought we could start a thread with different ideas on how different people handle the stress and disappointments.

Last cycle, I didn't exercise much at all - I think I felt bad for myself while getting the injections Chat Icon I'm starting to work some exercise (I bought P90x) back into my routine and it is helping a lot.

Anyone else find an activity that helps make a difference?

I love wine so much lol, but I have pretty much stopped drinking since this process started. Maybe I need to start again Chat Icon

The most amazing part of this is Sephora!

I try to keep myself distracted, the fact that no one knows we are TTC helps. I focus on drinking with the girls - girls nights out, movies, reading, and I would like to go out east for the day and go wine tasting soon.

My sister always told me I needed a "project" to keep me busy. At the time we were planning a party for our dad. But she kept telling me to re-do my office (take down wallpaper and paint) - although I never did any of it, it sounded like a good idea.

I did do a lot of shopping, and I could veg-out on the couch watching re-runs and old movies.

The weather is so nice out. It helps me some days to just go out and take a walk and get some sun.
