Stretching? helping with labor.. what ones? (I forgot)
Last pregnancy I did lamaze and the midwife suggested some stretches that would help in the long run when labor started... I didnt do and labor was hard core on my body. Want to try this time around.. but cant remember for the life of me what they were.. (i think one was the butterfly stretch)
anyone did any stretches to help them or was told what they were?
Thanks!

There's the pelvic tilt in which you are on all fours and you tilt your pelvic up and release. There is also squats you can do as well. Also doing Kegels helps as well.

I know exercise/birthing balls are great for preparing the body for labor...You sit on the ball, roll the ball w/ your body while sitting on it, great for opening up the pelvis. I'm sure there are more things you can do with the ball to ready yourself for childbirth, you could probably google them.
