stretching shoes
I bought really cute leather ballet flats. When I tried them on they seemed ok. Now the fit is tight. Any tricks to stretch them out. I love them and want to wear them. thanks

Re: stretching shoes
They have these shoe horns you can put in the shoe for a few days and it stretches them out. My dad has them and I used them once on a pair of boots. It worked pretty well.

Re: stretching shoes
This is going to sound a little weird but stuff them with newspaper. My Mom gave me this trick I thought she was losing it a little until I tried it. It worked for me.

Re: stretching shoes
a lot of places will stretch them for you. For example, Nordstrom will stretch out the shoes that you buy from them. Ask the retailer too.

Re: stretching shoes
Wear two pairs of thick socks and walk around the house. That usually works for me. Good luck!
