Stride Rite outlet at Deer Park

Has anyone been recently? I'm thinking of checking it out before going right to the SR store.

Do they have a good selection? Decent prices?

I went to the Riverhead outlets today... I got Landon 4 pairs of stride rite shoes for $120, one pair was $19.99 and the others were $30-something. The selection and prices have been similar for me for both outlets.

I usually go to the Riverhead outlet (I keep forgetting about Deer Park) and make out great there. Otherwise I take advantage of Stride Rite's online site when I have coupons (you can sign up for them).

Oh and the outlet takes a Stride Rite gift card!

I went when DS was a little younger, (cruiser) I was not hapy with their selection and I don't think the prices were all that great. May be better for larger sizes, not sure. Worth a shot though I guess.

ITA - I never found anything I liked below size 5. Now that Landons a 5.5w/6w there was a great selection!

I should add they had tons of Wides and XWides there. Those can be hard to find!

I was there a few weeks ago and thought it was pretty similar to the one in Riverhead and the one in New Hyde Park. A little disorganized but some decent deals once you figure out where things are.

I went last month and got DS 2 pairs of school shoes. One pair was $19.99 and the other pair was $29.99. Ok selection - I had no issues.
