Stroller for tall toddlers?
DD is growing out of her stroller. She just turned 2 and although she isn't in the stroller as much anymore I still need one for the longer days and for shopping.
Any suggestions? She is 36 inches weighs 30lbs and has long legs.
I would like something with a good sunshade, a snack tray and a basket underneath, but will deal with what I can get as long as she fits comfortably.

Re: Stroller for tall toddlers?
I just went through this because my 17 month old is the same size After going to BBB and actually sitting her in a bunch of strollers. I went back to my favorite stroller from DD#1(who was also huge) The Graco Metrolite, hands down. It is light, but sturdy(which you need when they are heavy) it is roomy, has a snack tray, it reclines, a parent tray, and a good size basket. I also know from DD#1, it holds up very well!

Re: Stroller for tall toddlers?
DS is also 36 inches, but 27.5 lbs at 2 years old. Since we just had a second child I just did the stroller search. The Maclaren twin techno is what we selected, but I think the triumph has a bigger sun shade. You can also get an add on snack tray from another vendor. HTH Neither has a great under basket, for the twin strollers, but they have an accessory thing to add to the back which I purchased. I actually like the fact that I don't have to bend down anymore to reach things. However, if your DC is not in it and it is to back heavy it can tip.
For a single stroller I also love the Peg Perego Pliko P3. My Greco Metrolite fell apart after 16 months so I did not like it for that reason, but it was a good medium weight stroller when it did not fall apart (brakes broke, under-basket bent and would not close, hood broke, stopped collapsing) I only used it for the mall and mainly on weekends. I was not hard with it at all, so from a sturdiness POV I was extremely disappointed with the way it held up.
