I bought a new maclaren stroller on ebay. My advice is to buy from someone who has been on ebay for a long time and read their feedback.

My mom got my peg perego on ebay, no problems, saved alot of $$. I agree, make sure you buy from someone reputable.

We bought our secondary stroller on e-bay. Got a great price on a great stroller and no problems at all. Just check the feedback and ask questions. If they are an actual store, you can try to check them out on the better business bureau website as well.
