Stroller question
I'm on the hunt for a double - but this question is for anyone who has a toddler and a stroller with no snack tray/cup holder (for DC).
My DD uses her tray and cup holder all the time. Most of the side by side doubles do not have one. I've been looking at the Maclern's. WHat do you do? I really don't want a tandem, but they seem to have everything I need except for lightweight and easy to manuevr for walks
Any suggestions? advice?
ETA: I have a "snacker" meaning I fill her tray with cheerios and she snacks while I shop. IT's the only way I get some peace and quiet.

Re: Stroller question
we have a maclaren without a snack tray and we don't have any problems. If DD wants something, I give it to her- but usually when we are out, say at the mall, I stop at the food court and we sit and eat together... if we go to a restaurant= then she'll sit in a booster seat.

Re: Stroller question
I'm not sure which ones but I know I've seen women pushing side by sides with trays. Maybe Chicco?

Re: Stroller question
The peg aria has snack trays
I have no trays on my side by side(I have the chicco C5 Twin) and my toddler is a snacker too. I give her things she can eat without the tray-Gerber fruit strips, biter biscuits, animal crackers-2 at a time, pretzel rods. we also sit and eat too if she's really hungry/cranky. She even holds her sippy next to her.
I say don't make a decision based on a snack tray, there's always ways around it. You have to love the stroller if you're going to use it

Re: Stroller question
I have never had a pushchair with a snack tray and I don't see the need for one (for us) If my son wants a drink, he can hold it, I give him snacks in either a plastic bag or one of those grabby cuppy thingys. It works fine. I don't think you would miss it if you didn't have it. JMO

When I was speaking with the sales person at BBB he talked me out of the Peg's because it doesn't have the 3rd center wheel. He said it makes it more difficult to steer (esp with one side heavier than the other.)
Does anyone feel that's an accurate statement?
