Stroller Strides at Eisenhower Park
Anyone doing this? I'm looking to join a group like this so I can get out of the house and spend time with other mommies in my area, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated! TIA!!

i've done cedar creek and the the instructor and mommies were fabulous! i made such a great group of close friends and the workout was serious! we even had a zumba and a yoga instructor. my group also has classes at christopher morely and in plainview. you should definitely check it out!

I would really love to do this saturday mornings and then have lunch at saladworks at the source mall! if anyone is interested, please let me know! eisenhower has a great long track for walking and then a great park for the kids to play in

My sisters friend did do the eisenhower one, she was on the news few years ago when they were discussing it. Im sure shes still doing since she just had her 4. She loved it! My oldest will never sit in stroller for me to do.

Just FYI stroller strides is not a walk - its a serious workout.

Just FYI stroller strides is not a walk - its a serious workout.
Yup, it is definitely a workout, hardly just a walk! Its a lot of fun, although I have heard some classes are more fun than others. You sing songs and do some serious exercising. I love it. I do it at Christopher Morley.
