Program: Mon & Wed 9:30 - 10:30am

Come enjoy two classes a week for 10 weeks... and you'll also get FREE swim in their brand new HEATED indoor pool after each class.

Cost: $130 for a 10-class pass $199 for an unlimited pass $17 drop in



**All current pass holders can come to any other location by adding $10 to their current pass and making it a universal pass. Tell a friend that joins and you get a FREE class.



The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a power walk with body toning intervals. The classes are an hour long, with the last 15 minutes used for abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age! Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have further questions. Your first class is FREE and you can earn further free classes by introducing other new moms to the program.



In addition to the classes, we are proud to host FREE Luna Moms Club playgroups for you and your baby. Please visit our meetup site to be included on all future events at http://meetup.com/StrollerStridesLI. We also have Mom's Nights Out and a variety of community and charity events. There is no cost to be part of the Luna Moms Club.
