Strong urine smell

Last night, I noticed a VERY strong urine odor when I changed James' diaper. I've never smelled it that strong before. He had a few more wet diapers that smelled strongly as well throughout the day today. It almost smelled like "asparagus pee" ( ) It was back to normal tonight - there was never any inflammation in his peesh area - just the stink.

I'm going to keep an eye on it - I'm not that concerned since it seems to be gone now.

Any other boy mommies experience this at all?

Silly question: Did you change diaper brands?

Just curious because I've noticed that certain brands "stink" a lot more than others when there's pee involved.

Other than that, it might just be something he ate...have you given him veggies yet?

Nope - nothing different diaper-wise and we're not on fruits or veggies yet. We took a break from oatmeal since Wednesday and started barley this evening (after the smell came and went)
