Mine is very plain but I love it.
I grate hamburger potato rolls on a cheese grater. Sautee onions in butter. Add the onions to the bread along with eggs. Add salt & pepper and stuff.
For an over stuffer chicken I use 4 to 5 rolls, half a stick of butter and half a large onion. I guess you could double it for a turkey

I use the peperidge farms stuffing and follow directions...saute celery and onion in a little butter...and brown ground sausage in the skillet...then add to the stuffing and bake.

I do thos too but I also add sliced mushrooms.
