Stupid ? about Facebook
How do I "request" a friend? I'm sure it's staring me in the face, but I'm missing it.

Click on their picture and it should pop up, if not on the right hand side there should be an option link for it

Yeah, I tried doing that for someone, but when I do, it just comes up w/ the friend we have in common. And the "friend requested" is greyed out.
I'm not a stalker, btw, this is my cousin. And I only realized he was there because of his brother. Strange.
But thank you for the help. I appreciate it.

maybe youre already friends? (i know sounds ridiculous but I did this) OR they are hidden, meaning they dont want people to find them, a girl at work told me about this~I didnt know it existed
Try typing the name in the search box and see what happens
