What side of the car do you put the car seat in? I have read passenger and middle so far...

I would think wherever you can see baby in rearview easier. Hmm. That would mean right passenger side if you are driving.

I am trying to find the car seat manual now. I just had it yesterday 
I thought passenger made the most sense in terms of seeing the baby but I read online that the middle is sometimes suggested bc it takes the least amount of impact if you are hit on either side.

I've read that you should put it in the middle if possible. Middle is supposed to be ideal. My car doesn't have a rear middle seat... just left and right... so I'll be doing one of those. You can always ask the pediatrician.

Passenger because it is easier to see baby, plus in my car the middle seat is on a hump and the base doesn't sit right on it.

We put it in the middle.
But read your car's owners manual and see what they recommend.
