stupid injuries and working out...
so, i'm a spaz.
i slammed the trunk of my truck into my head yesterday which resulted in a staple in my head. 
the PA told me that i had to keep the area dry for 2 days, (today is day 1) no swimming etc. fine. i can deal with that.
i have an almost obsessive hot yoga practice and its is KILLING me having not gone in almost 5 days.
can i get the area wet with sweat? or am i going to have to pout in the corner and wait it out until friday?

i decided to wait the full 2 days, but i am not missing my 7am vinyasa class tomorrow!
