Stupid question - TMI - Sorry
Okay so -
How much blood is considered spotting?
If you see a "spot" - is that spotting?
Sorry if it's a BIZARRE question - but I'm a TTC spazz.

I consider "spotting" when I wipe and see a brownish or pinkish tinge to the toilet paper, but it's not enough for a tampon.
ETA: I consider any red blood to be full on AF.

this is what i would say too..
when you wipe and there is a little on the toilet paper.
