Stupid Question about body pillows
Are you ladies laying on top of these or cuslling up to one. I have been cuddling with one, but my back is still KILLING me in the morning. Any helpful hints? TIA

I have been laying with it next to me with the pillow between by knees. I havent had any back problems when I wake up.

I use the snoogle, It kind of curls up behind you, around your neck and btween your knees. My back feels great

I cuddle with it and put it between my knees. It has really helped with my back.

I have the Boppy PG pillow and it goes between my knees and wedges under my belly.

Not stupid at all! I had horrible back pain too from early on. DH got me the Snoogle, which is shaped like a "C." You can wrap it around your body as if the snoogle is spooning you [to give you back support] and it goes under your neck and between your legs or you can keep the Snoogle in the same position and have the long part of it cuddle your belly. Good luck!

I curl up with it (the snoogle). It was a godsend my first pregnancy, but is not helping at all this time. I have been waking up with severe back and neck pain....

I line up 3 down pillows for a body pillow effect. I sleep on my side with the bottom leg extended and the top leg on top of the pillow. (this helps my hip pain tremendously... feel like a new woman in the AM!)
For back pain, the most important thing is to prop your belly up with the pillow a bit.... this takes the weight off of your back.... I do that by wedging the edge of the pillow under my belly....
