stupid question about chicken parm
i bought fresh mozzarella balls in the little plastic container with the water... my intention was to make pasta with the fresh cheese...
but dh is craving chicken parm. can i use the fresh mozarella to make chicken parm?

Yeah you can...just slice the little balls  It has a slightly different quality than the non-fresh, but still delicious

like above poster said, just slice into discs and arrange over chicken
