stupid question about garlic
OK, so what exactly is considered a clove of garlic???
Is it the whole round thing, or one of the little sections you can break off?
Help!

the whole thing is called a head of garlic...the little pieces is a clove
dont get them confused or else you will be warding off vampires (and people) for a long time!!

OK, thanks! I really didn't know what the whole thing was called, and wanted to make sure I wasn't accidentally not using enough in my recipes. Makes sense now!
