stupid question of the day
ok so its the progesterone that keeps your temps up right? so if i have a luteal phase defect and have had to take progesterone supps in my previous pregnancies than naturally my temps would fall even if i was pregnant? anyone know? tia

Maybe. But a better indicator would be that your temps don't get very high. I have an LPD and my temps NEVER got above 97.8 after O. If you have a history you shoudl really take progesterone from 1dpo. Your Dr should have no problem doing this for you.
