Stupid Question re: childcare
I am almost postive about a child care provider and I want to call her references. What do I say when I call her? TIA

I would just say you are considering hiring her and she listed the person as a reference then ask their opinion of the person and any other specific questions.
Specifically, I would want to know
1/ re tardiness
2/ how their child interacted with her
3/ why she left or no longer works for them
4/ if she was good about adhering to their schedule/rules
