Re: Stupid Subway Question....

from penn station you can take the 2 or 3 xpress train to 42nd street times square. On the express it will be 1stop. that will put you right into times square and you can walk over to broadway b/c i think the train leaves you on 7th avenue.

(although the marriott might be in times square..i dont remember.)

Re: Stupid Subway Question....

no way. Friday night I wouldn't walk anywhere on B'way and Times Square. I want to trample everyone. I work right in that area and I hate walking in that area.

Take the subway one stop. 1, 2 or 3.

I have to agree. It's such a zoo although it is slightly better now since they added the pedestrian mall.

I work in TS radius as well.

She could spend 10 minutes just waiting for the train on the hot platform.

I do the walk every morning and night, it is better now that a few spots are closed to cars

I'm in the area too and I would still walk.
I can leave my office at 5:13 and get to Penn for the 5:26 train. Still suggesting walking OR what about a pedi cab? Chat Icon

Re: Stupid Subway Question....

I leave the office later than you guys I bet. I can't get passed people...the tourists that walk around and look up at the buildings, talking pictures..dragging their rolling luggage.

I just want to trample them.

They really do have "mug me" written on their forehead.

Agreed. it takes forever because it is sooo crowded and no one moves. they're too busy looking at everything.
