Subject To Term & Conditions Of An Offering Plan?
When looking at condo listings it sometimes says "Sale May Be Subject To Term & Conditions Of An Offering Plan." What does that mean?

Re: Subject To Term & Conditions Of An Offering Plan?
The offering plan basically refers to the rules and regulations of the condo or co-op development. It will cover many things, including the policy on pets, smoking, whether you can rent out your unit, number of people who can occupy the unit, financing restrictions (e.g., minimum % down required), etc.
The "subject to the terms and conditions of an offering plan" language is standard for co-op and condo listings.
