Re: Subscription Boxes
I love her blog. I've ben following it for months.
I sub to various boxes, although I just cancelled a few because it was too much money going out. (Bestowed, Yumvelope and Birchbox).
Some of the ones I sub now to are : Ipsy, Graze, Glossybox and LeParcel (LeParcel is $15.50 and you get monthly supplies of tampons/pads).
Heres another site that also reviews boxes:

Re: Subscription Boxes
I get Naturebox...I used to get Graze but the mailings weren't always on schedule and the snacks started repeating. Naturebox is awesome! Once a month, five bags of yummy snacks.

$15.50 doesn't seem like a good deal for pads/tampons. Are they designer ones?

Subscription Boxes
I tried Graze based on someone here and cancelled after a few weeks. They never came on time, they were tiny little samples and even though I filled out my preferences, alot of times I gave away what I was given to people in my office b/c I didn't care for it.
I'm tempted to do the nail one or the lip one, or even the one for my dog. :)

Its a LOT of tampons and pads..I always have around 1/2 the box left over after my period ends. You specify a mix of what you want - 30 Maxi Pads, 30 mini pads, 20 Ultra Tampax, 30 Regular Tampax, and they also throw in around 40-60 pantyliners.
Considering I usually blow more than $20 every month at the drug store getting a large pack of Mixed tampons and that just a package of 16 slim Always runs a good $8.99 - its a savings for me. I also save time not having it to run every month to get pads/tampons or checking my closets every 2 months to see if I am running low on certain pads. For me it works..

I had the same reaction at first but when you explain it like this it actually makes sense!
