Subway/Bus Users
OMG........I Have to tell you...I Don't take them every day but often. When I do I actually expect people to give you a seat and that only happened twice since the beginning of my pregnancy....These sitting people in the train...they see this big belly in front of them and Nothing...
You Know..when I give birth and will be taking a train I WILL BE giving seats to preggos.

Re: Subway/Bus Users
It's very annoying and is why I switched to the express bus. I will admit I'm pretty luck on the subway. I usually get a seat. Buses (except the express bus) NEVER

Re: Subway/Bus Users
People are really inconsiderate, it possible that some really don't know how tired being PG can make you.
Last year for Mother's Day my family got together at a diner for brunch, there was very long wait (about an hour). My sister was 39 weeks PG at the time, she went to sit down on a bench outside and two little kids ran and jumped on the bench before her. Now I can understand kids doing this, but the MOTHER saw it happen and did not tell them to move! I couldn't believe it!

Re: Subway/Bus Users
You know who are the worst?
The guys!!! I work in Midtown and when that #1 train comes..they will literally run you down to get a seat or be the first ones on. Makes me sick. I feel like stepping really hard on their feet by "accident" and stealing their very important seat!
Glad someone else is on to them!
Idiots!

Re: Subway/Bus Users
It's the worst when they pretend to be sleeping and not see you standing there struggling to keep your balance. I get offered a seat about 50% of the time -- it's gotten alot better since the weather's been nice since my belly is out for everyone to see.
I can't imagine being pregnant in the winter and wearing a bulky coat -- no one would ever offer a seat then.
