Suffolk County EI Evaluation Agencies
I have a case worker coming from the county on Tuesday, who said she is going to assist me in choosing an agency to evaluate DC for EI ( speech delay).
Does anyone have an agency they would reccomend? I'd really like to be prepared before our meeting.

We used South Shore Speech. They are in Babylon. The evaluators were great, and they gave me awesome therapists.
ETA: If DC qualifies I can give you the name of my SLP and/or SE if you need.

We used Metro Therapy when DS was little. There are therapists that come to his school from that agency now also.

Metro Therapy is very well known...I am actually using them for DS's physical therapy evaluation. Little Angels is also good.
Most agencies that the county uses are reputable.
