Most Court jobs are Civil Service. Have you taken the test?

Well, to be honest, sometimes the experience doesn't matter. Most of the Court jobs are Civil Service, so the person would have to take the Civil Service test for the type of position he/she is looking for. I know they have a lot of P/T jobs that are not Civil Service though.
